Job Title: Customer Care Associate
Reports to: Senior Manager, Operations

The Customer Care Associate is an entry-level position for a professional that wants to join an industry-leading organization with a passion for supporting our customers. This position has multiple customer facing activities such as placing orders, setting-up new accounts, performing customer training of online systems, and fielding customer requests.

This position may be based in our Vancouver, WA office (preferred) or Burbank, CA corporate office.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily customer service support to customers
  • Set-up new customers on our online and accounting systems
  • Conduct periodic client training on new systems and products with client manuals
  • Set-up candidate test center scheduling and deployment
  • Coordinate assessment services provided to customer
  • Maintain customer information in CRM system
  • Sales order entry
  • Other administrative and project tasks as needed
  • Responsible for tracking customer documentation
  • Follow-up on client aging and take sales payment information
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing of new online system development
  • Minimum travel required

Requirements:

  • High School degree or equivalent required
  • Preferred 4 year degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective problem solving, analysis, and resolution skills.
  • Excellent software product administration skills
  • Demonstrated keyboard and telephone skills
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Office product experience
  • Prefer some project management experience
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
