STEVE TAPP
CEO/President

For the past 12 years, Stephen has been a leading executive with the Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing group, at $2.5bn the leading US based Educational publisher. In his most recent position, serving as Senior Vice President, Finance & Strategy, he was responsible for managing the integration plan for the recently merged Houghton Mifflin and Harcourt Businesses.

From May 2006 to December 2007, Stephen was the President of Great Source the Supplemental Educational Publisher of Houghton Mifflin and prior to that, Stephen was a key executive for over 9 years at Promissor, the Houghton Mifflin Assessment business that was sold to Pearson in Jan 2006. As President of Promissor for 2 years he was responsible for the overall performance of the company and led the divestiture of the unit to Pearson. Before taking the top position, he played a key leadership role in nearly every aspect of the company's service delivery and financial operations, including terms as Vice President, Client Services and Vice President of Business Services.

Originally from England, Steve started his career working as an economist specializing in regulated industries for a government agency in the United Kingdom. Mr. Tapp holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the UK's University of Southampton, and is a Certified Management Accountant (ACMA).


CHRIS AMIRAULT
Chief Technology Officer

Chris Amirault, Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for leading and driving PSI's technology strategy and managing all of PSI's technology operations. Since joining PSI, Mr. Amirault has been instrumental in increasing the capacity and efficiency of PSI's phone system and network. His Project Management Certification, received in 1994 and again in 2004, provided the necessary background to document PSI's business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Chris has over 18 years of experience in the areas of Program and Project Management, Integrated Supply Chain Management, Systems Implementation, Organizational Alignment, Distribution, and Logistics. Prior to joining PSI, Mr. Amirault held high-level technology management positions at firms across the country, including NBC/Universal, PriceWaterhouseCoopers/IBM, Technicolor, and Wal-Mart.

He has twice received Project Manager Certification, in 1994 and 2004. As Vice President of Supply Chain Systems for NBC/Universal, Mr. Amirault oversaw a 125-member team, implemented new architecture for the entire SAP Supply Chain, and consolidated and retired 20 Universal Music Group systems throughout the U.S. and Canada, saving the company a total of $15 million during his tenure. As a Principal Consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers/IBM Business Consulting Services, his management, planning, and advising resulted in the identification of $75 million in savings for multiple companies in several different industries.

Chris has also presented and been a featured speaker at several conferences, both here in the U.S. and abroad, including the World Supply Chain Summit and the EMEA High Tech Conference. Mr. Amiralt received a B.S. in Administration from Madison University.


TADAS DABSYS
Vice President, Business Development

Tadas Dabsys, Vice President of Business Development for psi licensure:certification, is responsible for leading all business development and marketing efforts for the licensing and certification markets. With over 15 years of experience managing PSI's growth in these markets, Tadas joined PSI in 1991 as a Test Administration Supervisor. During his tenure with the Company, he has managed high profile testing programs across the country and PSI has evolved into the market leader in both the Real Estate and Construction markets, and an emerging market leader in the Insurance and Barber / Cosmetology markets.

Under his leadership, psi licensure:certification has grown to include license and certification programs for more than 25 states and professional associations. Additionally, Tadas has transformed the testing and registration processes at PSI to incorporate the latest in technology advances, including custom-software development and web-deployed applications. Before joining PSI, Tadas worked in the Career Counseling Department of DeVry University.

Tadas routinely serves on industry committees and is an active participant and speaker for the Council on Licensure Enforcement and Regulation (CLEAR), the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO), and the National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies (NASCLA). He has also presented extensively on examination administration and security issues. Tadas received his Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA, where he focused on motivational and cognitive psychology, as well as human information processing.


BRETT GREENWOOD
Vice President, Operations

Brett Greenwood, Vice President of Operations for psi licensure:certification, is responsible for managing operations and business development teams for PSI's licensing and certification programs. His responsibilities include the day-to-day management of existing client relationships, the development of administrative procedures for test center operations, the development of all candidate materials, and supervision of professional field staff and a sixty-seat call center in Las Vegas, Nevada. In addition, Brett is responsible for the development of training materials and administration manuals, management of all test center operations, and coordination with the Information Technology teams at PSI to ensure compatibility of data and reporting functions. With over ten years of professional experience, Brett joined PSI in early 2002 as Manager of Operations. During his tenure, annual candidate registrations have increased over 500% and scheduling efficiency, a key internal metric, has been managed to the 90% level, a 12% increase over the previous level.

Before joining PSI, Brett held various positions in customer service and strategic business planning for publicly traded companies in the Internet space. Brett received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA and his MBA from California State University, Northridge.


JEFF MOXIE
Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Moxie brings over 25 years of financial expertise to PSI. He is responsible for the oversight of all of PSI's accounting and finance activities, including banking and financing, financial reporting, auditing, accounting policies and procedures, tax and treasury matters, budgeting, and forecasting. He also oversees PSI's Human Resources and Facilities functions. He is also involved in strategic issues and planning for the company as a whole, and in the management of outside vendor relationships and the negotiation of contract terms. In addition to his experience at PSI in the testing industry, he has expertise in agricultural, multi-location retail, manufacturing, technology, financial services, and real estate. He also has experience working with the Boards of Directors in both publicly- and privately-held companies.

Jeff joined PSI from Sunkist Growers, Inc., where he held the position of Chief Administrative Officer. He reported directly to Sunkist's CEO and was responsible for the Legal, IT, Human Resources, and Finance functions. Prior to Sunkist, Jeff held positions as the CFO for both Virgin Entertainment Group, Inc. and Kinko's, Inc. At Virgin, he was responsible for the full range of traditional finance functions, including accounting, financial reporting, taxes, treasury, and planning (both strategic and budgetary), as well as managing the Legal and Real Estate functions. During his over five years at Kinko's, Jeff managed a staff of over 400 in addition to being responsible for the full range of traditional finance functions. He also acted as the Finance point person with the company's Chairman of the Board, Audit Committee, commercial bankers, investment bankers, and outside accountants.

Jeff received his B.A. in Accounting from Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania, and he is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio.


MARK A. SETASH
Vice President, Market Development

Prior to joining PSI in November, 2007, Mark Setash was the President and Chief Executive Officer of LaserGrade. In this capacity Mark oversaw all LaserGrade strategic and operational activities. In August 2004, Mark joined LaserGrade, LP as Chief Operating Officer and Partner. As COO, Mark was responsible for all operational activities at LaserGrade. His responsibilities included administration of all testing programs from start-up through implementation and delivery, ensuring consistent computer-based delivery. In June 2006, Mark became President and Chief Executive Officer of LaserGrade.

At PSI, Mark will be directly responsible for various market strategy and business development activities. Mark will be focused on building PSI's market share in the Certification testing marketplace, managing PSI's leadership position in the Cosmetology Licensure marketplace, as well as executing focused business development activities with Industry partners.

Previously, Mark was Chief Operating Officer of EdVerify, Inc. a firm providing technologies for credentialing verification for employment purposes. Additionally, Mark was Managing Principal of Operations for four years at The Chauncey Group International, a subsidiary of the Educational Testing Service (ETS). While at Chauncey, he managed all operational activities related to test sponsor management, candidate eligibility, and scheduling and test delivery for all CBT and paper-based examinations. He was responsible for management of Chauncey's national call center and was the lead contact person for managing the NCARB (national architect's licensure) examination program. Mark served as MIS Manager for 16 years with the National Industries for the Blind (NIB).

MARIUS SWART
Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Marius Swart brings more than 15 years of senior-level corporate human capital management experience to PSI. At PSI Marius is responsible for business development, solution design and sales and marketing for the corporate-centric Talent Assessment division. Prior to joining PSI, Marius worked with and advised numerous C-level leaders in the Corporate and Public Sector human capital management space, including a recent engagement with the executive management team at Paychex. Prior to that, he spent seven years with Cybershift, Inc, a Workforce Management company he founded and led as CEO. He was also CEO and President of The Diversity Channel, a Learning Management Company. During his CEO-duties Marius raised more than $30M of private capital and served on numerous company boards.

Marius has designed and implemented human capital management strategies for organizations throughout the world. He holds patents in human capital and other technology disciplines, and he has served as the architect of human capital management solutions for 3M, BASF, Cisco Systems, Goodyear, Michelin, the New York City Department of Education, Office Depot, Pfizer, Texas Instruments and other Fortune 500 companies. Marius is a US-citizen and holds a BS, Computer Science obtained in South Africa.


JOHN WEINER
Vice President, Products & Services

John Weiner, Vice President of Products & Services for the Talent Assessment division, is responsible for the development, enhancement, and delivery of PSI's assessment products, services, and consulting solutions. With over 20 years of professional experience in the assessment industry, John has expertise in a wide range of measurement applications, including employee selection, development, training, and certification. He joined PSI in 1998 as Manager of Product Development, and worked previously for PSI as a Consultant for several years in the 1980's. During his tenure with the Company, John has introduced several new assessment tools and guided the development of web-based delivery for PSI's published tests on its ATLAS™ platform. In addition, he has directed several major consulting projects that have resulted in large-scale proprietary testing programs.

Throughout his career, John has led the development and implementation of assessments that are used for employee selection in hundreds of business and government organizations. He has worked extensively with technology-based assessments, and has expertise in psychometrics and legal issues in testing. Before joining PSI, John served as a consultant to the California Commission on Peace Office Standards, where he led the development of an assessment battery that is used to select California's 911 Dispatchers.

John is an active participant in several professional testing organizations, including the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME), and the American Psychological Association (APA). He has authored numerous scholarly publications and he is a frequent presenter at national conferences. John received a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento with concentrations in quantitative methods and industrial psychology.
